- Pair young entrepreneurs with experienced business mentors.
Bayelsa Youth Leadership Academy (BYLA)
Train young leaders in governance, peace-building and enhancing youth participation in governance. Bayelsa State Youth Parliament provide a platform for the grooming of young leaders.

Bayelsa Youth Health and Wellness Program (BYHWP)
Promote sexual and reproductive health education, facilitate access to health services, and advocate against drug and substance abuse.
